Reservation 1: Seattle → San Francisco, LA or Miami (airline of choice). Buy this as a round trip ticket.

Reservation 2: Roundtrip flight from one of the cities above to Managua, Nicaragua on Avianca. Our most recent preference is to take an Alaska Airlines flight to Miami from Seattle (5.5–6 hr flight) and then take the Avianca flight from Miami to Managua (~1.5 hours).
